This can be originally implemented as basic 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1RB/WR/TE, 1K, 1DST, 6BN.
Position card headers can include running totals for its position (0/2 or 4/2 for rb, 0/1 for qb, etc)

Down the road in another ticket can potentially include settings to alter the defaults.
