Clicking on a player name should open a player card for them. Refer to https://www.figma.com/file/KKOLJDFiH0RAsJZmUKq72C/wireframe?type=design&node-id=0-1&mode=design

Will require access to new columns from #7.

Consider adding notes tab in player card for user-notes.

Notes can be specifically listing what makes their ranking improve/worsen, or however the user sees fit.
