Improve DPCHT variable for QBs #3

DPCHT variable is based on average number of throws and rushes combined for QBs, which misrepresents the starter in cases where backups play a couple games due to a starter's injury and average more throws+rushes than the starter.

Would be reasonable to improve this for all positions.
