Add "advanced customization" to create new rankings #33

Different positions have different weights applied to properly rank them (QBs at 0.5, etc). Add customization for users with the default options filled in

Another fun idea may be saying exactly how many of each position you want in the rankings, like only the top 20 qbs and top 50 rbs and top 20 TEs. Alternatively the player number slider could include how many of each position is being included when you mess with both the total number and/or the weights
