add icon to notification tray, if any task #179

To know have you task or not, you need open maniana. If it will be in 
notification tray icon, you can see it even on blocked device.

Consider to have  in setting multiple options for notifications, for example  
none, once a day, permanent. The permanent one will be cleared only when 
today's page has no active tasks.
