Extend the @FitnesseDir annotation to allow the systemProperty/PathExtension format #8

Please could you modify the @FitnesseDir annotation to optionally take the
systemProperty/PathExtension parameters in the same way as @OutputDir.

This is necessary to allow the Trinidad to be run as a Junit4 test in
surefire when part of a Maven multi-module build. In this instance you rely
on the "basedir" system property to direct you to the correct module that
contains the Fitnesse tests.
