packages missing for the shiny app #1

I am just giving this package a try. Nice to have wrapper in R for ENA. I am first looking at the Shiny interface, but I had to install the DT, leaflet and highcharter packages. Would this be solved if those are added in the depends section of the Description file?

I am running it like this: runGitHub("cstubben/ENAbrowseR", subdir="reads")

Thanks, the R shiny app is optional so I did not require those packages. I will add a note to the README with your runGitHub line and the additional packages needed.
