Move away from Travis CI #95

Travis doesn't seem to be running anymore. I suspect it has been turned off for open source projects. Need to migrate to another option, probably Github Actions.

travis-ci.org has this message " Since June 15th, 2021, the building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Please use travis-ci.com from now on."
