updated frequency plots #106

1) changed plot to semilog 2) added note in frequency_analysis.m about creating a new time vector (#101) 3) moved files to the src folder instead of vgait-input-signals

  1. Do the vertical axis of the slow walking on the same scale as the others (10^-5 to 10^0). A small part of the curve near 0 Hz will disappear but overall it will look better I think.
  2. Try Arial as Jason suggested earlier. The font problem has gotten worse with the log axis, especially in the third plot there is a lot of space between the 10 and the exponent.

Also, you just increased the size of your figures with the last commits. The don't fit the page anymore. I made the others 6 inches wide I believe and probably used the golden ratio to fix the height.

Yeah, it's having trouble printing to PDF in general. When I create an EPS it works fine. I'll see what I can do.

If it prints eps then you can just use an eps to pdf converter on that file.
