Page 15, line 374. Why didn't the authors recode the trial numbers from 40 onwards to 37, 38, ...?

Reviewer 3 (Srinivasan):

(Line) 374. Is there a reason why the authors did not re-arrange the trial numbers for publication — ignoring accidentally skipped trials, etc?
