Adds in lateral perturbation plot and fixes other minor issues. #151

Addresses/fixes issues #69, #110, #117, and #128. Currently code does not reflect the need to load and save to/from specific folders (perhaps create another issue).

@spinningplates Nice work. I added one commit because you forgot to put the figure in the tex file.

One issue though. The x scale of the new plot has x10^4 for some reason. I don't think that is correct. Secondly, it may look better with fewer number of seconds of data and it'd be nice to not have that trailing whitespace at the end of the plotted line (i.e. the lines should go to the end of the graph like your others).
