@spinningplates I've tested this on Windows myself and it works. It is unfortunately a pain because of this issue with conda: https://github.com/conda/conda/issues/747
There are also other complications because it is just difficult to install all the standard Unix tools on Windows. There are probably better ways to do all this with Windows tools like Powershell, nmake, etc. but I don't really have the inclination to figure all that out.
