Acknowledge the NSF grant #86

@tvdbogert Dan reviewed the preprint and asked whether we should be acknowledging the NSF grant. I don't know how the funding pipes work, so should we acknowledge?

Yes, we should. They did not pay for any of your time or Sandy's time, but they paid for some of mine and I did not think of that.

I need to do this next time we upload the data and the preprint and actual submission too.
