post Rs tapply() blog #24

Please review my blog post about R's function tapply(). Let me know what you think, if you have time to do a quick read.

You have a post "2021-05-11-fall-internship-opportunity.en.md" which 1. has an incorrect date in the file, and 2. is not live on the website, despite showing up when I build the site locally. The first issue makes my new post show up before your post, which seems backwards since I wrote mine after you wrote yours.

Thank you! I got that post fixed. Not sure exactly what was the deciding factor, but it's live at least now.
