Files are being overwritten sometimes leaving previous content behind #34

There's a bug here: https://github.com/csueiras/reinforcer/blob/develop/internal/writer/io/io.go#L44 the target files are being overwritten and it will in some cases leave contents from the previous version of the file behind and produce uncompilable code.
