Accessing as guest user is hard to find #456

Should prob be login with fields and button.

Fixed url hierarchy so that it's easy to get to guest and login and logout.

gave guest a Sign In button
Log out goes to Guest home
"/" goes to guest home Unrelated things:
Professor header now has teaching department, as does their profile
fixed bugs on Professor buttons not lighting up properly (seems like a fix got unmerged)
change_password was not redirecting correctly after changing not-your-account password (say, admin changes a student)

Testing:

hit "/". Explore as guest.
sign in as prof, explore
sign out, verify it's guest
sign in as student...
out, in as admin... Bonus:
aim for known urls while not logged in, verify that you get the login prompt AND redirected to the right url after signing in.
