TEAM-HOME-02: Create the Create/Join Popup Component

This Component will be a pop-up allowing the user to choose whether they want to "join" or "create" a server.

Responsibilities:

• Create a component that popups on click
• Make it look as close as possible to the provided design
• If the users presses the create button:
  • Display a form with two input boxes: Room Name, and Message (description of the room).
  • Include a "submit" button.
    • Upon submission the popup should close
• If the user presses the join button:
  • Display a form with one input box: Invite url.
  • Include a "submit" button
    • the popup should close
    • send the user to the server they joined (optional)
