hiding archived users from the users list #867

add in a toggle show it does not show archived users be default in the list of users.

example form administrative groups image

Please make the title more descriptive. No, this is not a duplicate of #356 , since that issue is about archiving users, and this issue is about showing archived users. Is showing archived users really not possible anywhere? And what would be the use of showing archived users?

it is possible to view archived users, however this adds a lot of notice to the website so this is a suggestion to hide them by default

beside that i have no clue why you would want to look at an archived user. so we could also hide them by default
