Quickly added the copy from last year to our index, so that casual browsers have a better idea of what the conference is about.

Can we add a link to "Submit a talk proposal" above the fold? Thats our key message right now.

Just added the eventbrite URL and the submit proposal link, alongside a couple of responsive changes and splitting into its own CSS file.
