@serahrono can you please add Paul Walsh and Danielle Robinson to the committee and remove Karthik's programme committee chair title.

We are going to refresh the look and feel for v4. I thin that we really only need to change the colours so i've said we will suggest three options. Shout for a pink background with black text to be one of them. @serahrono are you able to prepare 3 options for this, perhaps in coordination with Sam? We should do this before the 14th
