Improved documentation #5

I'm using this with 0.7.7 and I cannot get my custom CSS to be included. I assume I'm doing something wrong. Document a simple test which can be used to demonstrate that the CSS module is working. Include things like "do you have to refresh the web page after saving your settings?" "do you have to restart your game to have the changes take effect?"

There is a fundamental change coming in v2.0.0, along with that I will need to revamp the docs.
