Make the edit dialog resizable and add scroll bars #8

Currently it looks kinda meh when dealing with large quantities of CSS rules:

Please make the dialog resizable and add scroll bars.

I've added resizable: true to the app, I thought there was something that this caused issue with last time I tested it, but I couldn't find a problem so 🤷

Scroll bars... Should be there. Double check that no other modules (or custom style rules) are preventing them from displaying. If there appears to be no external cause of missing scroll bars, please open a new issue with more information since that would fall firmly in "bug" territory.

~~Looks like some of my own custom CSS rules are making the scrollbars go away for some reason. Trying to figure out which and why.~~ Nope. I'll open new one.
