Various adaptation needed for accommodation of Random Team Forming function #57

  1. Any idea of the algorithm?
  2. Where should we put the button performing this function?
  3. Automatically or manually perform? (invoked by time limit set by event admin)

  1. first match by tag, then "real random"(like using current time as seed...)

for 2) It is sensible to put on admin.html but it is hard to be done technically as it seems that it is a page that you would go once ( only for adding event and setting number of team member of each team)

forget what I have just said for 2. It is better to put the button on the admin.html rather than other pages. :)
