Unfortunately this issue applies to all GANs trained to enhance faces. To enhance the rest of the image - including someone's long hair - you'd need to use a different tool. Topaz Gigapixel AI does a good job with hairs, as well as Lets Enhance's function called Smart Enhance. I'm also looking for a GAN tha would be capable of enhancing hair perfectly - no success. So I must keep using the tools I mentioned.
