Exiting the Repl when using :d #49

When running Repl.hs, if you load a file with definitions and then ask it to dump the state. It will show the state and then exit the Repl. It needs to stay in the Repl after dumping the state.

Fixed when I added in box and unbox to the surface pretty printer.
