Adds a section to documentation that guides a user through building and exporting a game.

Okay, no worries. Thanks for the help, I will make these changes. I have almost finished the itch.io part so I will add this to the update under a different commit if that is okay.

I have fixed those typos and made the changes as requested. Please let me know if there is anything else on this you need me to fix.

Sorry for all the mistakes, when you stare at the same thing for so long it's easy to miss things :).
