AMP lists and homepage #2

Well, lists might be because I didn't turn AMP on for that Kind in the config... look at later

So I turned it on and it is working, but the amp/ prefix is getting put in the wrong place:

https://blog.ctmartin.me/[section]/amp/
https://blog.ctmartin.me/tags/amp/
https://blog.ctmartin.me/tags/[tag]/amp/

instead of:

https://blog.ctmartin.me/amp/[section]/
https://blog.ctmartin.me/amp/tags/
https://blog.ctmartin.me/amp/tags/[tag]/

Closing b/c path issue is upstream, it technically works (generates output format <link rel="amphtml">; not to say that it's intuitive)

Otherwise, everything else has been fixed now
