Update tags names #14

* lstchain

* gammapy

Any other ?

for now, only these two. in some cases, we might need numpy, scipy, dask.

I think there could be a file with metadata specifying which packages should be part of the tag.

@volodymyrss Could we first merge this PR without tags, to check that the image name are ok for us and then add the additional tags in another PR ?
