I changed the integration preparation notebook to be much more general. It now writes an HDF5 file with DL1 integrated images with a chosen integration. Such a file can then be used by many benchmarks.

I also added papermill parameterisation.

(I also integrate changes from #9 - this PR should come after)

This PR needs the current master version of ctapipe. Tagged as WIP for now.
