This pull request:

removes notebook on Hillas parameters that will be obsolete with next ctapipe release
split and simplifies the integration benchmark notebook in two parts: preparation, benchmark
add setup.py for installation
add first functions used in the notebooks
remove data file
add a small change in build.py to avoid running on notebooks checkpoints
