allowed_tels hardcoded and not read from config file #1199

Hi,

it seems that in R0 to DL1 processing script for MCs the allowed telescopes are hardcoded, while the same information is also provided via config file: https://github.com/cta-observatory/cta-lstchain/blob/089891dc577ee6359d7fd9996bc7fdde19517b32/lstchain/scripts/lstchain_mc_r0_to_dl1.py#L64C5-L64C42

any reason for this?
