reopening: the sim_telarray files are done, but I did not generate the MCP files yet - just starting it now

DL1 and DL1Stereo files of protons and diffuse gammas are available in /fefs/aswg/LST1MAGIC/mc/{DL1, DL1Stereo}/ST0320A/NSB/{Protons,GammaDiffuse}/v01.3/dec_6166/node I think no test files were requested and the training files will be divided also for testing so I also did not produce a standard RF, but if something more is needed please let me know.

the test files has been also processed and are available (together with other test files from the same period) in: /fefs/aswg/LST1MAGIC/mc/DL1Stereo/ST0320A/NSB*/GammaTest/v01.3 a few of the requested nodes were already available for this period, because of older requests - those were not reprocessed.
