Conflicts when attempting to create a new development environment #468

When following the instructions for developers it some conflits arise due to the (very old) required version of ctapipe.

I think that this has to do with this PR https://github.com/cta-observatory/ctapipe/pull/1671

The solution (successfully tested) is to change the priority of the channels from 

channels:
  - default
  - cta-observatory
  - conda-forge

to just conda-forge.
