Update calibration benchmarks

Summary

• image extractor algorithm has been updated from ctapipe 0.11.0

• ctapipe-stage1 configuration files for reference calibration and image extraction have been updated

• the notebook gets updated with data-reading code from the DL1 benchmarking workshop

• papermill parameters have been added

• some tags to remove code cells if using jupyter nbconvert instead of nbsphinx
