Describe the problem
Ground to Tilted frame transformation of the reconstructed core is not performed correctly and this produces wrong impact parameters.
To Reproduce
Apply protopipe-TRAINING to a simtel file
Expected behavior
When plotting impact paramer per tel_id we should something like this (1 run)
and instead, we get this (entire gamma1 sample)
