Update the entire benchmark suite

Description

• notebooks have been moved under the main package because #157 will provide a way to access them also from a released version of protopipe
• some notebooks have been added, others got improved with new benchmarks
• all notebooks can still be executed normally, but now all of them are parametrized with papermill and interface with #157
• the documentation will host static representations of these notebooks for the latest analysis results, but it is not planned to keep them here (maybe even for v0.5.0) see #170

• [x] Make sure input variables, test and results are up-to-date with #157
• [x] Remove old notebooks from docs/contribute/benchmarks
• [x] Leave only the updated results under docs/contribute/benchmarks_latest_results/
