This upgrade is expected to still use the current script (protopipe.pipeline.make_performance) with:

import of pyirf functions
appropriate function for DL2 input to pyirf
a version of the associated configuration file also compatible with pyirf functions

Current plan for EARLY development

protopipe.scripts should contain,

[x] performance.yaml, updated for use with pyirf (#79)
[x] make_performance_EventDisplay.py, a new script using pyirf with EventDisplay-like settings (#83)
- [x] this requires to add efficiency cuts to pyirf (issue to be opened)
[x] benchmarks_DL3_IRFs_and_sensitivity.ipynb updated notebook (#83 + #76)
