The MSE and the Byte Stream Format specifications needs to be updated to account for emsg box processing which might be performed by the video decoder.

I do not agree on this for now. First of all, it is not the video decoder, but the byte stream parser. However, we have no reference to a processing yet and we will address this outside the byte stream format for now. I would stay silent. Discussion welcome.

(CTA WAVE Call 2020/04/14) - add a note along the lines Note 1: Ignoring boxes is default behaviour Note 2: content of emsg and prft should be surfaced to application, but not defined yet.
