Conditions for CMAF Chunks #12

In the ISOBMFF spec, there are eight different conditions where the user agent must run the append error algorithm. There are only two listed in the CMAF byte stream format.

Mr. Stockhammer noted all the conditions are requirements of a CMAF-conforming Chunk. o For the reader who is not familiar with CMAF, it would be helpful to include a reference to a document/section that would enable them to derive those eight items. o This was agreed and a note was included in the draft to add such a statement.
