John Simmons: The requirement to support Edit List Box (‘elst’) is 7.7.2 and is not required for the structural brand ‘cmfc’. So, the language in the initialization segment should be characterized as dependent on the structural brand for the track.

It is required for both, cmfc and cmf2. We can discuss the details.
