Do we need test streams for fractional frame rates that cover all the content options?

If we have full coverage at 60Hz, would it be sufficient to have just enough to test CMAF switching sets at 29.97/59.94? e.g. For AVC, 1920x1080 and 1280x720 in each of 59.94 and 29.97?
Hence what tests would be worth running for the fractional frame rates?

September 15th meeting Expect that implementations that support 60Hz will support fractional rates as well. Conclusion Start with limited support for fractional and expand later if there is a need.
