error in AVC content options & hence in list of test streams to be generated #23

There's at least one error in the list of AVC content options & hence in the list of content options to be generated.

The draft update DPCTF spec listed "with and without VUI timing information." as one of the content options however CMAF makes this mandatory.

@nicholas-fr will cross-reference a variety of relevant documents to double check what the options should be.
