Initial keys requested from CMCD project #1

Based on the Common Media Client Data project, the following keys are requested for CMSD;

  1. Bandwidth estimate
  2. Max player bitrate limit
  3. Redirection suggestion
  4. origin hint as to next segment
  5. live or vod content
  6. format - HLS or DASH, Smooth
  7. Type of object - media seg, subtitles, init, playlist etc
  8. Wallclock publish time of segment
  9. Breadcrumb data
  10. How heavily is loaded, network or CPU
  11. Maximum suggested bitrate (as a control mechanism for the CDN to prevent overloading).
  12. Information about which variants/representations of the next segment are already cached by the CDN edge.
  13. For how long the request has been held without transmitting bytes (e.g. for LL-HLS blocking requests)
