Add text, as needed, to the Content Spec Amendment, indicating that: 1) both cbcs or cenc are supported, but not both in the same presentation; 2) Devices must handle transitions from encrypted to unencrypted; 3) The content spec will not address how keys are delivered; 4) Devices should expect key to change within a presentation.
In the Sept 12, 2018 conference call it was suggested that the splice conditioning section may already handle this information.
