Usage of Web Media APIs for testing #32

The current spec says "6.6.3 Web Media API-based Playback This clause documents the methods and functions of the media source. The details will be added in a future version of the specification. NOTE: It is expected that the development of the test environment will support this documentation."

This needs to be developed.

2020/07/08: f2f these APIs are used by developers. Clause 6 should be updated according to the test development and only provide references to MSE and HTML-5. But we also need appropriate definitions that are used in the tests.
