Lack of configurability for media mimetypes #32

When developing tests for the AC4 and E-AC3 codecs it was noticed that there isn't currently a way to add their mimetypes to the test runner except changing mediasource-util.js.

Issue: :- missing mimetypes causing audio to not play

Proposed solution: :- updated test runner to take the mimetype from the codec attribute in the MPD for the media

@yanj-gthub Can we close this issue? We noted we can close when tests issue #130 is closed.

DPCTF Tests issue 130 eac3 tests are not working was closed so this issue can also be closed.
