switching-set-playback__ss1-1.html and ss1-2 failed #155

In the London plugfest, both switching-set-playback__ss1-1.html and ss1-2 failed the "[OF] Video: The presented sample shall match the one reported by the currentTime value within the tolerance of +/-(2/framerate + 20ms)" observation on all 8 TV sets.

In the Naples plugfest, 4 of 6 failed and it failed to run on the other two.

This will be addressed by https://github.com/cta-wave/device-playback-task-force/issues/123 .

Other failures appear to be a small number of missing frames resulting in the duration observation failing.

I recommend we close this issue when that is addressed.

Closing as https://github.com/cta-wave/device-playback-task-force/issues/123 has been implemented, reviewed and agreed in the main DPCTF group with all stakeholders present.
