Main points

Introduces the frame number (starting from zero) to both the QR code and on-screen display
Replaces previous "name" with "label" that can be used to mark video, it is present in QR Code and on-screen display
QR Codes can now be positioned in two or four rotating positions
Added a fixed screen area that will flash white for 120ms in alignment with audio beeps

Other notes

QR Code value form is now <label>;<timecode>;<framenumber>
