Determine appropriate values for HDR10 metadata (mastering_display_colour_volume, max_content_light_level and max_pic_average_light_level) based on source content and annotations (also see issue #13). Ensure these values are part of the mezzanine streams and metadata.

@nicholas-fr to ask for help in creating this data. Provide update in the next few weeks. Deferred for HEVC / HDR10. Add issues for dynamic metadata.
