Mezzanine release v3 fixes, updates and metadata #51

The following is included in this pull request:

  1. The fixes used to generate mezzanine release v3:

    • Fixed QR code timestamp calculation (e.g. 00:01:00.000 instead of 00:00:60.000).
    • Fixed rounding of start/end frame duration enabling correct generation of long duration (2h) content.
    • Fixed cleanup of temporary files (the last bit pattern image was not removed).

  2. Additional JSON files to configure the generation of 2h streams, and updated JSON files to configure the generation of 30s streams:

    • (new) rjf/long_duration_25.json
    • (new) rjf/long_duration_30.json
    • (updated) rjf/resolutions_12.5_25_50.json
    • (updated) rjf/resolutions_15_30_60_fractional.json
    • (updated) rjf/resolutions_15_30_60_non-fractional.json

  3. Updated Mezzanine Stream Changelog.md and JSON metadata for mezzanine release v3 in metadata/releases/3
